Sean is a costs lawyer and has been a legal costs consultant for more than 14 years. He holds a law degree and postgraduate diploma in legal practice. 

Sean has been instructed on a number of high-profile, multi-million-pound cases for both claimants and defendants, involving patent disputes (some of which required complex apportionment of costs), injunctions, tenancy disputes, administrations of trusts and estate claims, breaches of contract, applications for summary judgment, defamation claims, banking disputes, abuse cases, and judicial review matters, and including costs incurred across multiple jurisdictions.
