Kevin is the founder and Managing Director of WCL, Costs Lawyers. He began his career in 1991 and has over 34 years’ experience. He attained Fellowship status with the Association of Law Costs Draftsmen in 1997 and was among the first to qualify as a costs lawyer in 2007.

Kevin has extensive expertise in high-value commercial costs disputes and is a proven advocate. He has been integrally involved in and continues to advise on some of the most prominent costs cases and projects of recent decades.

• Led the preparation of Bills in Motto & Others v Trafigura – one of the largest costs claims before the English Costs Office.
• Coordinated a $100M+ costs claim in high-profile Guernsey litigation.
• Managed costs liabilities across multiple claims in the phone-hacking litigation against NGN and MGN.
• Acting for a major bank on the mitigation of costs liabilities arising from cohorts of SWAPs- based damages actions.
• Appointed as independent expert to advise on fee billing under OFSI licensing requirements.
