Michael is a highly experienced Costs Draftsman with more than 25 years’ expertise in complex disputes. He co-founded a leading UK costs consultancy in 2004 and has since advised top international firms, insurers, and private clients on some of the largest claims before the Senior Courts Costs Office. He has acted in over 100 multi-million-pound disputes, including landmark matters such as Kuwait Airways’ £40M+ claim, major pharmaceutical and telecoms patent litigation, and Excalibur Ventures v Texas Keystone, which shaped modern law on litigation funding.
